Waits come from four fixed probe jobs, sized to the job-difficulty bands Tesla actually uses, because it offers different appointments depending on how much work you book. In practice a bigger job usually narrows which appointments you can pick more than it pushes back the first one — though the largest band collapses availability sharply. Item counts are approximate: Tesla weighs some concerns more heavily than others, so a real four-item visit is heavier than four of the cheapest item. Your actual wait depends on how Tesla sizes your specific booking, so treat these as a guide, not a quote. Times are local to each center.
